Copyright / DMCA Notices

If you believe that material available on Luger.gg infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to:

To help us review your request, your notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

  3. Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it. Please include the exact Luger.gg URL(s), listing(s), screenshot(s), order reference(s), username(s), or other specific location information.

  4. Your name, company name if applicable, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-specific notices may delay our ability to review or respond to your request.

Our Response to Notices

After receiving a notice that appears to contain the required information, Luger.gg may remove, disable access to, restrict, investigate, or take other action regarding the material identified in the notice.

We may also notify the user, seller, account holder, or other party associated with the material, where appropriate.

Any action taken by Luger.gg is taken without admission of liability and without waiver of any rights, remedies, claims, or defenses.

Luger.gg reserves the right to request clarification, reject incomplete requests, decline abusive or fraudulent requests, and take action based on our Terms of Service, marketplace rules, fraud-prevention policies, platform-risk policies, legal obligations, or business requirements.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to:

Email: admin@luger.gg
Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notification - [Your Name or Account]

A counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Luger.gg may be found.

  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, Luger.gg may forward it to the original complainant. Luger.gg may restore the removed or disabled material in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Luger.gg reserves the right not to restore material where we determine, in our discretion, that the material violates our Terms of Service, marketplace rules, fraud-prevention policies, platform-risk policies, or other legal or business requirements separate from the DMCA process.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Luger.gg may suspend or terminate users, sellers, listings, accounts, or access privileges that are determined to be repeat infringers or that repeatedly receive valid intellectual property complaints.

We may also remove listings, restrict transactions, hold orders, disable access, or take other action where appropriate.

Trademark, Brand, Platform, or Other IP Inquiries
