These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Luger.GG, including our website, products, digital item delivery services, customer support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Throughout these Terms, “Luger.GG,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luger.GG. “You” and “your” refer to any person who accesses the website, places an order, receives digital items, contacts support, or otherwise uses the Service.

By accessing our website, placing an order, checking out, claiming items, receiving items, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Luger.GG

Luger.GG is an independent online shop that offers digital in-game items for Murder Mystery 2 (“MM2”) on Roblox.

Luger.GG is not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Murder Mystery 2, Nikilis, or any other third-party game developer, publisher, platform, or rights holder. All third-party names, game titles, logos, trademarks, and related references belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products or services being discussed.

2. Digital Item Nature of Products

All products sold by Luger.GG are digital items or digital delivery services related to in-game items. These items are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

Because our products are digital and delivered through third-party game systems, they cannot be physically returned once delivered, claimed, traded, transferred, accepted, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you.

You understand and agree that digital in-game items may be subject to third-party platform rules, account restrictions, trade limitations, inventory limits, moderation actions, game updates, platform outages, bugs, or changes outside of Luger.GG’s control.

3. No Affiliation With Roblox or MM2

Luger.GG is an independent third-party store.

We do not own Roblox, Murder Mystery 2, MM2, Roblox accounts, Roblox systems, Roblox trading features, Roblox inventory features, or any third-party platform infrastructure. We do not control whether Roblox, MM2, or any third party changes, removes, disables, restricts, suspends, reverses, or limits any item, account, trade, inventory feature, game feature, or platform feature.

You are responsible for reviewing and following any terms, rules, community standards, or policies that apply to your Roblox account or your use of MM2.

Luger.GG is not responsible for any action taken by Roblox, MM2, a game developer, a platform operator, or any other third party, including account warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, inventory changes, item removals, trading restrictions, moderation actions, or loss of access.

4. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

By using Luger.GG or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian;

  • You are legally allowed to use our website and purchase digital items;

  • You are using your own payment method or have permission from the authorized payment holder;

  • The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current;

  • You will not use our Service for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unauthorized payments, or unlawful activity;

  • You understand that your Roblox account and related activity are your responsibility.

If you are a parent or legal guardian allowing a minor to use Luger.GG, you are responsible for the minor’s use of the Service, purchases, account activity, and compliance with these Terms.

5. Order Information and Delivery

To fulfill your order, we may require information such as your email address, Roblox username, order number, item selection, delivery instructions, or other information needed to process the order.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Luger.GG is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or delivery to the wrong account caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.

Delivery may be automatic, manual, or a combination of both. Some orders may require you to be online, join a game, accept a trade, follow instructions, or take another action to receive your items.

An order may be considered fulfilled or delivered when the digital item has been transferred, traded, accepted, claimed, redeemed, made available, or otherwise delivered according to the order process.

6. Instant and Automatic Delivery

Many Luger.GG orders are fulfilled instantly or automatically where delivery systems are available. By placing an order, you request and authorize Luger.GG to begin fulfilling your order as soon as possible after checkout, including through automatic delivery where available.

Because delivery may begin immediately, you understand that your ability to cancel, withdraw, or request a refund may be limited once fulfillment has started or the digital item has been delivered.

Delivery is not guaranteed to be instant in every case. Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, including delivery bot downtime, technical errors, Roblox or MM2 outages, trade limitations, inventory issues, maintenance, security checks, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Delivery Bot Availability and Unfulfilled Orders

Luger.GG uses automated systems, delivery bots, manual delivery methods, or a combination of these methods to fulfill orders. While many orders are delivered instantly or automatically, delivery is not guaranteed to be instant in every case.

From time to time, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our immediate control, including delivery bot downtime, technical errors, Roblox or MM2 outages, trade limitations, inventory issues, maintenance, security checks, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the delivery bot is unavailable or your order has not yet been fulfilled, this does not mean your order has been cancelled or refused. We will make reasonable efforts to complete eligible orders once delivery becomes available again.

If your order remains unfulfilled, please refer to our Refund Policy for unfulfilled orders or contact us through our contact form or at support@luger.gg with your order details.

Once an order has been fulfilled and the digital items have been delivered, claimed, accepted, traded, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you, the order is final except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly allowed under our Refund Policy.

8. Unclaimed or Delayed Orders

If your order has not been claimed, accepted, or fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible.

Luger.GG offers a 24-hour delivery guarantee for eligible unfulfilled orders, as described in our Refund Policy. If your order has not been fulfilled within 24 hours, you may be eligible to request a refund under our Refund Policy.

If less than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, you must wait for delivery and make at least two reasonable attempts to claim your items before a refund can be considered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Delivery may be delayed due to delivery bot downtime, technical issues, Roblox or MM2 outages, trade limitations, inventory issues, maintenance, security checks, high order volume, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances. A temporary delivery delay does not mean your order has been cancelled or refused.

9. Refunds, Returns, and Final Sales

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been fulfilled or the digital items have been delivered, claimed, accepted, traded, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you.

Once a digital item has been delivered, it cannot be physically returned to Luger.GG. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Refunds may be considered only where:

  • Your order has not been fulfilled;

  • Your items have not been delivered, claimed, accepted, traded, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available;

  • We are unable to complete delivery;

  • A refund is required by applicable law;

  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund or replacement is appropriate.

We may refuse refunds for delivered orders, buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, incorrect information provided by the customer, failure to follow delivery instructions, account restrictions, third-party platform issues, or any issue caused by Roblox, MM2, or another third party.

10. EU Customers Only — Right of Withdrawal for Digital Items

This section applies only to customers located in the European Union.

If you are an EU customer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within the applicable withdrawal period. However, Luger.GG sells digital in-game items that are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once received.

By placing an order, requesting immediate delivery, agreeing to these Terms, claiming items, accepting delivery, or otherwise allowing fulfillment to begin, you expressly request and consent to Luger.GG beginning fulfillment of your digital item order before the withdrawal period expires.

You also acknowledge and agree that once fulfillment begins and/or the digital items are delivered, claimed, accepted, traded, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you, you lose your right to withdraw from that purchase.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled and the digital items have not been delivered, claimed, accepted, traded, transferred, redeemed, or otherwise made available to you, you may request to withdraw by contacting us through our contact form or emailing support@luger.gg with the word “WITHDRAW” and your order details.

Where required by applicable EU law, Luger.GG will provide an online withdrawal function allowing eligible EU customers to submit a withdrawal request for orders that remain subject to a statutory withdrawal right. Use of that function does not guarantee a refund if fulfillment has already begun or delivery has already occurred after your express consent and acknowledgement of withdrawal loss.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to file a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, or payment-provider dispute for a validly delivered order.

Before opening a payment dispute, you agree to contact Luger.GG at support@luger.gg so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was fulfilled or delivered, we may provide evidence of your order, consent to these Terms, delivery records, digital fulfillment records, communications, IP information, account information, and related transaction information to the payment processor, bank, card network, fraud-prevention service, or other relevant party.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future service to customers who file false, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes.

12. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify any order before fulfillment.

Verification may include reviewing payment information, billing details, IP address, email address, Roblox username, order history, fraud signals, risk indicators, or requesting additional information from you.

We may delay, cancel, refund, or refuse any order that we believe may involve fraud, unauthorized payment, suspicious activity, resale abuse, policy violations, inaccurate information, or risk to Luger.GG, our customers, payment processors, or third-party platforms.

13. Pricing, Availability, and Inventory

Prices, product descriptions, product availability, delivery times, item availability, promotions, and offers may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or pricing mistakes, including after an order has been submitted. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order, refund the order, request additional payment, or offer an alternative resolution.

Product images, item names, item values, rarity references, and descriptions are provided for convenience and may not perfectly reflect current in-game values, availability, or market conditions.

We do not guarantee that any digital item will retain any particular value, rarity, demand, appearance, use, status, or availability.

14. Third-Party Platform Risk

You understand that Luger.GG relies on third-party platforms and game systems that we do not own or control.

Luger.GG is not responsible for:

  • Roblox outages, errors, updates, or downtime;

  • MM2 updates, item changes, trading restrictions, or inventory limitations;

  • Roblox account bans, warnings, restrictions, or moderation actions;

  • Your inability to access your Roblox account;

  • Your failure to accept a trade or follow delivery instructions;

  • Incorrect Roblox usernames or account information;

  • Changes to platform rules or game mechanics;

  • Item removals, rollbacks, reversals, or disabled items;

  • Any loss caused by a third-party platform, developer, or rights holder.

You accept these risks when purchasing digital items through Luger.GG.

15. No Investment, Cash Value, or Guaranteed Value

Products sold by Luger.GG are for entertainment purposes only.

Digital in-game items are not investments, securities, stored-value products, banked funds, financial products, or cash equivalents. We do not guarantee any resale value, trade value, cash value, future value, availability, or demand for any digital item.

Any references to rarity, popularity, value, or demand are estimates or general descriptions only and should not be relied on as financial advice or a guarantee.

16. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Luger.GG for fraud, theft, scams, unauthorized payments, or illegal activity;

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Use another person’s payment method without permission;

  • Abuse refunds, withdrawals, support, chargebacks, discounts, promotions, or delivery systems;

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or spam our staff or support team;

  • Attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes;

  • Interfere with our website, systems, security, or delivery process;

  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, attack, or overload our website;

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, suspend support, block access, or take other appropriate action if we believe you have violated these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on Luger.GG, including text, website design, graphics, logos, icons, images, product pages, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Luger.GG unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, scrape, mirror, or use any part of our website or content without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, game titles, and related references remain the property of their respective owners.

18. User Feedback and Submissions

If you send us feedback, reviews, suggestions, comments, images, videos, testimonials, or other submissions, you grant Luger.GG a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, copy, display, publish, distribute, edit, translate, and promote that content in any media, unless prohibited by law.

You confirm that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may remove, edit, or refuse to display user-submitted content at any time.

19. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, payment providers, apps, or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, practices, errors, security, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

20. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through Luger.GG is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree that we may collect, use, store, and share information as described in our Privacy Policy, including information needed to process orders, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and respond to payment disputes.

21. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, including products, prices, delivery methods, support channels, promotions, features, and website access.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or terminate your use of the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Luger.GG, abused our systems, engaged in fraud, or violated applicable law.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luger.GG provides the Service and all products “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

  • Delivery will always be instant or available at a specific time;

  • Third-party platforms will remain unchanged or available;

  • Digital items will retain any particular value, appearance, function, rarity, or availability;

  • Any error, bug, outage, or issue will be corrected;

  • The Service will meet your expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luger.GG and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of digital items, account loss, account restriction, loss of access, loss of goodwill, replacement costs, or similar damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luger.GG’s total liability for any claim related to an order or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Luger.GG for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luger.GG and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, service providers, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your misuse of the Service;

  • Your fraud, misconduct, or unlawful activity;

  • Your violation of any law or third-party right;

  • Your violation of any third-party platform rule;

  • Your unauthorized use of a payment method;

  • Your false or misleading information;

  • Your chargeback, payment dispute, or refund abuse.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

For customers located outside Wyoming or outside the United States, this governing-law clause does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws of your place of residence.

26. Dispute Resolution

Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact Luger.GG at support@luger.gg and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

You must provide your name, email address, order number, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are requesting.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to your dispute.

Where permitted by law, any claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable legal rights you may have under applicable law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update, change, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website.

The updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the website or Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

28. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed from the Terms. The remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Luger.GG regarding your use of the Service.

Any failure by Luger.GG to enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.
