Refunds
We have a 24-hour delivery guarantee policy, which means if you do not receive your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund within the next 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, you must have attempted the automated delivery system which shows up after you complete your purchase. A link to your custom automated delivery experience will also be emailed to you in case you are unable to the system after immediately after the purchase.
To start the refund process, contact us at support@luger.gg. You must request a refund within 7 days of not receiving the item and must have attempted the automated delivery system at least twice. If your return is accepted, we'll notify you via email and automatically process your refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days due to your payment processor.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have already been claimed are not eligible for refund or exchanges, as the delivery system is completely automated.
EU CUSTOMERS ONLY - Right of Withdrawal for Digital Items
For customers located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period. However, because Luger.GG sells digital in-game items that are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once received, this right of withdrawal is lost once your order has been fulfilled and the items have been delivered to you.
By placing an order and confirming delivery, you expressly agree that Luger.GG may begin fulfilling your order before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that once the digital items are delivered, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, or if you have not claimed your items within 24 hours, EU customers may request to withdraw from the purchase by contacting us through our contact form or by emailing support@luger.gg with the word “WITHDRAW” and your order details.
